It looks like you have a typo in the project name in your initial call to eclipse.incrementalBuild. Compare the two:
<eclipse.incrementalBuild project="WinterthurAzurApplication" kind="full"/>
<eclipse.incrementalBuild project="WinterthurAzurApplicatio" kind="full"/>
But that was maybe just a typo in your post...
