Hi, Thank you for your mail.

I have installed Eclipse 4.3 and MinGW, then I have plug-in photran via 
Eclipse. The path for gfortran is OK. But I didn't found "Make.exe" in 
C:/minGW/bin". 
So than, I have copied minGW32-make.exe to make.exe, Then, My problem has 
been solved.

Hi,

What compiler have you installed (none is included in eclipse/photran)?
Have you tested that your compiler and make are on your path by typing 
e.g. "gfortran --version"  and "make --version" in a "cmd" window?
Which project type and ToolChain have you chosen when you created your 
project?

By the way, dear photran developers, I have just remarked that the FAQ "I 
get 'Cannot run program "make": Launching failed' " does point to 
installation instructions (
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/photran/installation) that seem to have not 
been updated since photran 5.!...
