I've installed photran-4.0-beta1-full-linux.tgz on
an Ubuntu 6.06 system for use with Intel Fortran
and it works (sorta). The only Eclipse files on my system are from this
distribution.
Pressing Help->Software Updates->Find and
Install yields this error message:
Error creating feature
"file:/opt/eclipse/features/org.eclipse.platform_3.2.1.r321_v20060921-b_XVA-INSQSyMtx/".
[/opt/eclipse/features/org.eclipse.platform_3.2.1.r321_v20060921-b_XVA-INSQSyMtx/feature.xml
(No such file or directory)]
In addition there are four other "features" marked
"(not installed)", namely
.cdt_3.1.1.200609270800/
.photran_feature_3.1.0/
.photran.intel_3.1.0/
.rcp_3.2.1.r321_v20060801-2ekW2BxmcpPUOoq/
Also there is no ".eclipseextension" marker
file.
Is this as it should be? I'm an
eclipse/photran newbie and stumbled on the above during
an
unsuccessful search to see if there was some way to
add the eclipse error log to the items
under Window->Show View. |
