As I told you it's NOT an IDE, it's just a debugger which has a nice graphical interface (you cannot write the file and compile again, even though I think you can use it with emacs in gdb mode).
As I was telling you it comes with the intel Compiler Ifort or icc and it can do both C and Fortran (If I'm not mistaken).
