Subject: RE: UI Templates for eclipse.org
I think
this is a *great* idea.
Would it be fun to turn this into a competition
and have a some sort of prize for the winner? Perhaps we could use the bug
voting mechanism to have the community involved in selecting the
winner?
There should not be any licensing issues. The Terms of Use on our
web site says that anything that comes into our newsgroups, etc. are
contributions under the EPL. But we should make this explicit to avoid any
misunderstandings.
Can we aim for having the post with a skeleton
wireframe on our newsgroup for end of the week? (This assumes that everyone else
agrees with this
approach.)
We could also use a similar approach to
come up with a library of design templates for project pages,
correct?
