Yes that is a very interesting release indeed ! 😊
A lot of work, thank you to everybody! 😊 I added bug 427031 (Make the "Empty lines" indentation policy work correctly when selected) to the N&N, even if it only fixes the "selected" case (which was totally broken). I'm still working on the "not selected" case, it's less important but more tricky to correct, so let's merge it for PDT 6 😉 Dawid, you should also say that you corrected a very *BIG* and longstanding problem in PDT: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/115761/ (No bug - Introduce real PHP reconciler) It will for sure solve a lot of editor glitches seen in the past, it's not a minor thing! And some related bugs can probably be closed, or they will uselessly stay open forever 😉 Thierry. Hi Team,
I promoted PDT 5.3 RC1 build for Oxygen.3 [1], it’s build from today morning.

Looks like lot’s of things happen in this release ;) Feel free to update / improve this document.
