Janek has paid his dues as required by Eclipse community and has earned his
wings with a steady stream of quality contributions. Plus his workstation
is nearby so I can always slap him if he breaks the build :-).

I would like to nominate Janek Lasocki-Biczysko for committer status on the
PDE component.
For the past few months, Janek has made numerous high-quality contributions
to PDE.
At 22, Janek holds two records:
- most bugs fixed by a non-committer in 5 consecutive business days (31
bugs during the 3.1 RC1 cycle)
- most New and Noteworthy items implemented by a non-committer for a single
milestone (3 items for the upcoming 3.2M2)
I am soliciting votes from other PDE committers.
