[pde-dev] How can we improve the PDE build out of eclipse?

Hi, PDE developers:

I've been working with PDE for 3 years and still feel it's so hard to use out of eclipse.

I've read PDE source codes and always think it should be a way to refactor its core and make it easy to use out of eclipse.

Can anyone help me to get involved in the PDE build system?

I really want to contribute but don't know how.
