[pde-dev] Enabling PDE Tests During Hudson Build

I started the process to enable running the PDE UI tests during the Hudson build for Gerrit. There are currently 73 test failures which Vikas will investigate and fix with high priority.

For now, check whether there are other errors besides the test failures and then remove the Hudson -1 if you want to merge a change.
