[pde-dev] PDE UI Test Plan Updated

Test plan has been updated for M6. Currently the only people planning to test (UI) are Darin, Curtis, Ankur. If you can help out, please add yourself to the wiki and note any areas you are concentrating on. There were multiple new, major features in PDE during M6, so most areas of PDE need to be tested.
