[pde-dev] building only subset of files in a project

Hi,

        i
have my own plugin which extends builder and marker.  Now i am running
my plug in over a single project, but now i want to run on a subset of
files the same,i.e, if user selects some files and then click build , then
i should be able to run my build from there on only those files. Here another
problem is i should get the classpath for these files as i have my own
customised compiler for java.

Can anyone help me out over this..
