[pde-dev] strange problem with jars

Hi everybody,,

        I
have created projects on WSAD4.0(and also on eclipse1.0)  and i have
my plug in . when i try to build the project with out enabling my plugin
it builds fine. But when i try to run with my plugin enabled , it does
recognise Websphere.jar etc in the buildpath. 

My plug in has a jikes compiler inbuilt
and my plugin compiles teh java files internally again after eclipse compiles,


can anybody help me why i couldnt get
the jar recognised , eventhough the jar is kep in buildpath and my jikes
is also taking that jar into classpath, still it wont recognised the classes
in jar. 

What i did is unzipped the jar and again
made the jar, and placed at teh same location,,,Amazingly now it recognises
it . somehow  i feel this is not correct way to deal there must be
something going wrong....Is it a bug with eclipse ? how can it recognises
the same jar when i kept it again after making it again. 

Any help will be appreciable...
