Hi!

Recently I discovered an issue in our build system which is based on the 2.x
PDE build system for generating build scripts and building our plug-ins.

We had a plug-in that referenced an Eclipse plugin verion 2.1.0 and
"compatible". But after changing the Eclipse base to 2.1.1 the build faild
every time because it was still looking for the 2.1.0 version of this
plug-in.

Is this fixed with the new system created for 3.0?
