Hi all,
I'm sending one last note to wrap up this discussion.
For those in the openPASS community that were added to this mailing list in error, you'll need to unsubscribe on your own - this was
the recommended approach from the Eclipse Foundation help team. Unsubscribing can be accomplished by going to
https://accounts.eclipse.org/ and selecting the Mailing Lists tab.
best,
Bill

Hi Christopher,
I believe what you noticed is me cleaning up the project Contributors list. A few people (yourself included) were in both the Committers and Contributors lists and I didn't see the need for the duplication. You are still on the Committers list, and I know you've
been active, so no need to worry about being removed. The Contributors list is now a better reflection of those that have contributed to the project but were never promoted to Committer status.
best,
Bill

Greetings,
I was removed from the PASS project unexpectedly on January 31, 2024. I am still engaged in the project.

External Email - Use Caution
Hi everyone,
This is notice that I am working to clean up the PASS project committer list. To ensure that the list reflects currently active and engaged project committers,
I plan to retire anyone listed as a committer (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.pass/who)
but who has not engaged in the project for 6 months or more. If that's you and you'd like to retire yourself, there are instructions for doing this here: https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#elections-retire-cm.
If that's you and you'd really like to remain a committer, please get in touch with me before the end of the week: 1/2/2024. I will move forward with retirement steps next week. Retired committers are moved to the "Historical Committers" section of the project
page and git project access will be removed. Thanks to everyone for your work on PASS. Even if it has been a while, your contribution helped to make the project successful.
best,
Bill
