Do we know the differences between the 1.0.3 and the 1.0.4, and the ones that have an impact on papyrus-rt ?

I am also for 1.0.4 if this is signed.

In testing my work on Papyrus-RT product signing (bug 506513) I noticed that the 1.0.3 release bundles of Papyrus Designer that we’ve been using since Neon/0.9 were not signed, but it seems that the 1.0.4 release is signed.  These are now the only Papyrus-ish bundles in our product that are unsigned.  It would be nice to update Designer if not just for this reason, but also to get any fixes that there may be.

Has anyone on the team looked into adoption of Designer 1.0.4?  Any objections to trying it?
