Re: [papyrus-rt-dev] 0.9.0 release
You'll be able to get it from the downloads page [1] of the website [2]. In the downloads page you have a choice: 1) the RCP, 2) the installer or 3) the update site. Option 1) is the simplest, as it's a self-contained archive.

We'll announce it here when it's published.
