[papyrus-rt-dev] Update target platform issues

Dear all,

While updating my platform today, I had the following error: 

"Error reading manifest for org.eclipse.emf.compare.doc v20170221551.jar. "

Opening my bundle pool and this archive, it seems indeed that the jar itself is malformed. The archive does not contain any manifest.MF, and the content of the help/ folder is at the root of the archive when I compare with previous version. Did something changed in Compare or went wrong in the build process ?
