Re: [papyrus-rt-dev] Fwd: New topic in forum Papyrus for Real Time, called Model validation error, by Ashiqur Rahman

Hi,

I responded on the forum. I also saw that there were two other, older messages, with no response. One from Juergen Dingel regarding list of RTS services, and one from John Dawes regarding how to programmatically traverse the model to to conclude which other capsules are potential receivers of a message sent on a specific port.

I can try to answer the latter one on a "conceptual" level, but maybe someone else can fill in regarding any API hints. The former about RTS services I hope that someone with insight into what has been documented regarding the run-time system and its services. Should we point him to the C++ header files, or do we have some better documentation?

Hi,
When Validating the simple Ping Pong project I am getting the following error but it doesn't stop me from generating the c++ code and runs fine. Can you please explain the reason or what the error means? I am novice to Papyrus.

Error Message:
An RT state machine is never re-entrant <<RTStateMachine>> <State Machine> PingerStateMachine PingPongRootElement::PingerCapsule EMF Problem

Thank you
