Hi Philip,

I ran the install using the oomph profile a few days ago, and the installation was successful. 

Maybe the repo was not available while you were installing your environment. The only noticeable difference since I installed my version is the addition of the o.e.p-rt.umlrt.uml plugin, but it is part of the umlrt.profile feature as expected and install for RCPs seems to be also OK [1].
