[papyrus-rt-dev] Updates to xtumlrt: you may need to rebuild

Hello everyone.

I've made a couple of changes to the xtumlrt model and textual syntax, so if you have the xtUML-RT component in your workspace you may need to rebuild two projects after pulling from git: 

1. oeprt.xtumlrt.statemach.ext.model 

2. oeprt.xtumrlt.xtext 

If you installed your development environment with Oomph, you can do this by running the following launch configurations from the "Run" button drop-down menu, in this order:

1. GenerateXtumlrtStatemachExt.mwe2

2. GenerateTumlrt.mwe2
