Hello everyone,

I try to make the quality Job for Papyrus RT running, which launch the "quality" profile if the main pom.xml. [1]
But the job fails very soon due to a Maven dependency that could not be resolved.

Here is the ERROR:

[ERROR] Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:2.4 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:jar:2.4: 

Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:pom:2.4 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Connection reset -> [Help 1]

On the repo index [2] , the list of jar and poms are listed, and seems to be available.

Do you have any clue to make the repo responding? Should I modify the version, where ? or is there another way to reach this plugins ?
Where is the issue ?
