[papyrus-rt-dev] Profile project name and location

I noticed that the profile recently moved to the papyrus-rt repo, so we'll need to update the code generator to use this one, but I noticed that the project defining the profile is called "org.eclipse.papyrusrt" and it is located under

plugins/core/org.eclipse.papyrusrt.

Charles says that since PapyrusRT may support other languages in the future, the project and folder name should have umlrt in it:

project name: org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt

folder name: plugins/core/org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt

Can we do this change?
