I (from Queen's University) will be at the EclipseCon in Toulouse,
but the time schedule is not good. There will be some workshops the
afternoon
(https://www.eclipsecon.org/france2017/conference/schedule/session/2017-06-20)
until 5.30pm and I organize one of them (the one on robotic
applications).
If not possible to delay the Papyrus-IC meeting, I can probably come
for the last 30 minutes.
