Hello everyone,

We would like to inform everyone that our next Research/Academia webinar scheduled for Friday, August 26th has been cancelled, as many people are still on vacation.

We also like to discuss the topics for the upcoming webinars. As a reminder, the webinars for September are scheduled on the 9th and the 30th. (As usual, at 4:00pm CET - 10:00am EDT).

We would like the September webinars to be used for introductions to the research topics in which the members of the Research/Academia committee are engaged. It would be a good opportunity for all members to get to know a little bit about what other members are working on. 

We are proposing to have five 10-minute presentations in each of the September webinars, where each presenter would give a very brief introduction to their research (about 5 slides).

Who would be interested in giving one of these short presentations?

Anyone interested could reply to me (Ernesto) or Francis.
