[paho-dev] Paho Python client v2.0.0rc2 release candidate

Hi all,

after a long time with no release, the next release of Python client is 
approaching! The pre-release version 2.0.0rc2 is available on PyPI: 
https://pypi.org/project/paho-mqtt/2.0.0rc2/

For the details of changes see the change log or the Github release:

* https://github.com/eclipse/paho.mqtt.python/releases/tag/v2.0.0rc2

This release is a 2.0 because it had breaking change, see 
migrations.md[1] for how to upgrade.

It's still a pre-release, and if no regressions are found I'll make the 
release in beginning of February.

PS: there had no announce for 2.0.0rc1, because that release failed due 
to small typo in README. The 2.0.0rc1 had only a Github tag.
