Hi,v0.9.0 is only a release build, it was built from what was the 0.4.1-SNAPSHOT stream, so if you want the latest release build you can use this maven repo;
https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/paho-releases/org/eclipse/paho/mqtt-client/As Bin says in his email 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT is the latest development build stream and is available in the paho-snapshots repo.
