[osgi-technology-dev] Service release of slf4j-osgi

https://github.com/osgi/slf4j-osgi/issues/70 was filed which showed that the current 1.7.0 release of slf4j-osgi does not work with OSGi Log Service 1.5 since slf4j-osgi imports the org.osgi.service.log package with the narrow provider range of "[1.4,1.5)".

I made a fix with https://github.com/osgi/slf4j-osgi/pull/71 and so I think we should make a service release of 1.7.1 to make this fix generally available.

So, I wanted to socialize this here to see if there are any concerns with making a 1.7.1 service release.
