Hi,

as discussed in todays meeting, I created a Wikipage, with some initial content: https://github.com/osgi/osgi/wiki/Project-Ideas-and-Funding

For everybody who was not around today: We are currently looking into utilizing e.g. Open Source Tech Funds. As they usually provide funding for concrete endeveaurs, we want to compile a list of improvements for OSGi we can apply with. I also hope to find more sources, then the meager list we currently have.
