[orion-releng] Fw: Orion Build : I20111102-0922

After many attempts we finally have a successful
build. All of the _javascript_ and server tests are passing. The root cause
of yesterday's problem was a full mirror server where the Platform 3.x
builds take place [1]. This corrupted the platform 3.8-I-builds repository
which the orion build takes input from. After restoring that repository,
it took awhile to track down some bad files that were being cached as part
of the orion build [2]. That cache also had a different version of JGit
that was causing dependency problems with the orion server git bundle.
With that all cleared up the builds are in good shape again. 

However I deployed this new build and
discovered that I still can't open any editors. I have reverted orion.eclipse.org
to 0.3 and entered a new bug [3].
