A committer election for Alexander Kurtakov on project Eclipse Orbit Project
(tools.orbit) was started by Roland Grunberg with this criteria:

I would like to nominate Alexander Kurtakov as a committer on the Eclipse
Orbit Project, as I think his dedication to improving Eclipse release
processes at many levels will be of great benefit to this project. He is a
committer and lead of many different projects and understands the various
implications of libraries being contributed to Orbit.
