[orbit-dev] Important dates for our Helios rampdown

I propose we produce further "S-Builds",
as needed, 
according to the following schedule.
And promote 
an R-build on 6/4. Hopefully we will
not have to produce 
an S-build each of these weeks, but
these are the 
critical dates, if anyone finds a bug
that needs 
repair before Helios. 

05/07 (one week before RC1 +0)

05/14 (one week before RC2 +0)

05/21 (one week before RC3 +0)

05/28 (one week before RC4 +0)

06/04 (one week before Final +0)

Let me know if there's other suggestions.
