[orbit-dev] Orbit download server down?

I have tried since yesterday around 4pm to accesss the various downloads at

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/S200712072116/

The server just hangs. I first noticed this while trying to do a build of our project and getting a timeout on one of the ant GET tasks. Anybody else seeing this? Is this related to the shell issue, which I udnerstand has been temporarily resolved?
