A committer election for Filip Troníček on project Eclipse Open VSX
(ecd.openvsx) was started by Anton Kosiakov with this criteria:

For last half a year Filip actively helped with testing and reviewing PRs for
Open VSX project:

He is also most active maintainer of

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
