[openmq-dev] Retiring inactive committers on OpenMQ

Dear OpenMQ Committers,

It is good practice to maintain committership for individuals who are
actively contributing to the project.

I want to thank Werner Keil for his past contributions, but he has
been inactive for some time. Therefore, I propose retirement. I want
to emphasize that we will always welcome his contributions in the
future if he renews his interest in the project.

Werner has the opportunity to argue for retaining his status by
replying to this thread on openmq-dev. If there is no response, I will
proceed with retiring in two weeks.
