[openmq-dev] HK2 config-generator plugin

Hello

I'm about to drop management, configuration and usage of HK2:config-generator plugin from the [main] build. For me it seems there is no impact on the resulting distribution zip.

I've also checked that the same - i.e. with no effect - could be observed in 5.1.4 release as well.

Without HK2:C-G there is no need for build-helper-maven-plugin - I'm going to remove it too.

If someone wants to keep them - please give the reason in PR: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/pull/755.
