Hi,

I'd hereby like to declare our intention to release OpenMQ 5.1.3.

This is the Jakarta EE version of OpenMQ 5.1.2. (see https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.glassfish.mq/mq-distribution/5.1.2-b01)

Maven coordinates have changed, and the embedded JMS API copy has been removed, but no API or functional changes have been made.
