[openhw-pmc] Update on Election Reminder Emails

Hi All,

Yesterday, we migrated projects.eclipse.org from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. However, during this rollout, we encountered an error in our cron job responsible for sending election reminders. Instead of sending the reminder to this mailing list once a day, it was mistakenly configured to send every hour.

We have disabled the cron job and we're working on an update to fix the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the excessive emails sent to this mailing list.
