Re: [opendut-dev] [automotive-pmc] PMC Approval required for Project Lead election for Pascal Hirmer on Eclipse openDuT

Dear all,

I am writing on behalf of the Eclipse Automotive PMC.

We have some concerns regarding the election for Pascal Hirmer as Project Lead on Eclipse openDuT [1], mainly due to:
1. the low number of voters (6 out of 22)
2. the lack of information regarding Pascal's OpenDuT related activity in his nomination (see also [2])
3. the lack of activity from Pascal in the repository (GitHub)

Since you discussed the nomination internally beforehand (acc. to the nomination note),
we would appreciate if you could share the respective meeting notes with us, thus helping us to plausibilise Pascal's nomination.

In general, we encourage you to implement Eclipse's Open, Transparent, and Meritocratic principle [3]
by making project content (such as the project related meetings and their content) publicly available.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused!

Best regards

Lukas
