Hello, ## New Prospects Pipeline Management Process After some days of effort putting together a proposal, evaluate the new aspects of it internally at EF, socialising it among Oniro Members representatives and discussing it within the Oniro Membership Prospects meeting in the last two sessions, we are in the point of implementing it. In any case, once the Oniro SC is fully functional (after the ongoing elections), the proposal will be approved/ratified if proceed. I attach an infographic that summarises the process. ## New meeting series As consequence, the existing Oniro Membership Prospects Meeting series will end and two new meeting series will be created: * The Oniro WG prospects pipeline meeting series: The goal of this meeting is to evaluate, discuss, define actions and report about the Prospects Pipeline. As per agreement, Oniro SC Member representatives will be part of this meeting. In addition, the rest of the Oniro Funding member representatives will be invited as well as the EF staff that deals with this topic. This meetings will take place bi-weekly at the same time that the former Oniro Membership Prospects * The Oniro WG prospects pipeline management (PPM) team meeting The goal of this meeting series is to coordinate and manage the information related with the Prospects Pipeline in preparation for the previously described meeting. The so called Prospects Pipeline Management team will be part of this meeting series. This will be a handful people appointed by the SC Member organizations, coordinated by the Oniro PgM. This meeting series will take place bi-weekly (alternate with the above meeting). The schedule will be defined as soon as the PPM team members are appointed. ## Next steps I will proceed to erase from the Oniro calendar the existing meeting series and create these two new ones, which as explained, are not open meetings anymore. I will add "Restricted" to the title to differentiate them from the open meetings, following our open by default policy.
