I will make a few remarks:

* Review carefully the MoM, especially in relation with the Oniro Working 
Group Steering Committee Kick-off, that will take place next Thursday January 
27th from 17 to 18 hours CET

* Please review the changes proposed to the Charter[1].
   * Contact me urgently if you need further information or have 
considerations about this change introduced in the Charter.

* Sign the participation agreement if you haven’t done so, and submit it 
urgently.
   * If you think this will not be done this week, please contact Gael 
directly so we can help you.

* Please send to Agustin the name and mail of the company representative and 
his/her alternate this week in order to invite them to Oniro WG SC kick-off 
meeting next Thursday. 
   * You can also add it in the ticket[2]
