There's information about the services that must be used and others that are available for use in the Eclipse Project Handbook.

We don't have a standard solution for chat and are in the process of retiring the forum infrastructure (and older discussion on the topic has been revived). There's also ongoing discussion about retiring our Bugzillla, Gerrit, and MediaWiki instances.

Can you point me to this list if it is published somewhere, please? It would also help if you could help us with information from a couple of large projects on what they ended up using e.g. for chat, forums.

This will allow us to make decisions on how Oniro WG wants to proceed.
