Eclipse OMR Contributors,

Please be aware that changes may have been made to the Eclipse OMR Contribution Guidelines (found in CONTRIBUTING.md) since you last read them. These are changes that have undergone public scrutiny and approval from project leads, committers, and contributors as part of the Pull Request process. For the most part these are stylistic and editorial changes, but some changes affecting the content of commit titles and bodies and recommended best practices have been made.

If you have not been following the changes via pull requests I encourage you to re-read the latest documentation and/or peruse the file history of CONTRIBUTING.md to learn more about the individual changes.

Future changes to CONTRIBUTING.md will be announced in this forum for everyone's awareness.
