[mylyn-vex-dev] Vex 1.0.0 Milestone 8 available

Hi folks!

Happy New Year!

We finally managed to get the long awaited milestone 8 through the door. 
It is available from: http://download.eclipse.org/vex/milestones/

This is the first milestone that uses the new namespace org.eclipse.vex, 
which means, an update from an older version of Vex will not work and it 
will break your vex-plugin.xml files. So please be aware to do a fresh 
install of Vex and to do some find-and-replace in your vex-plugin.xml files.

The other two main features of this milestone are a better support of 
XML namespaces with the ability to edit the namespace declarations of 
each element and the basic support of XML schema. Please see the new and
