Hi Alexander,

This is the original bug on this topic - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=564699 - there is a lot of noise through all of that. The summary is I think the issue must have been resolved as https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn.builds/+/172698 was merged in 2021. The problem at the time was Mylyn was never rebuilt. Now that Mylyn builds are coming up to speed, when you contribute to SimRel it should hopefully all just work again.

To enable Mylyn in SimRel again this is the gerrit that should be reverted / updated - https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/simrel/org.eclipse.simrel.build/+/189614, but see the other changes I (and others) have made to simrel.aggrcon to disable Mylyn and dependent projects too.
