In the mean time you can get these jars from the build server here: https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/mylyn-docs-nightly/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/org.eclipse.mylyn.docs-site/target/site/plugins/

Note that these are nightly builds, which build from the latest sources and thus may not be stable.
