Committers, please take a look at the utility classes in the
org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.tests.support package in the
org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.tests plug-in. The CommonTestUtil and
UiTestUtil classes should from now on be used for common test
operations such as copying files or opening views.

Feel free to add additional utility methods as needed.
