The version you should be seeing is 3.1.0.I20081118-0300. It works for
me when I try to install from the 3.3 weekly update site. It is
possible that your are getting a mirror that is not synced up, yet. It
can sometimes take a few hours until the bits have propagated so you
might want to try again in a bit.
