RE: [mylar-dev] org.eclipse.mylar.tasklist project has wrong namein .project file

Because BugzillaActiveSearchTest is in ..mylar.sandbox/testsrc. We could
consider making a ..mylar.sandbox.tests plug-in rather than using the
testsrc source folder, but I want to see how the sandbox plug-in evolves
before doing that.
