Hi Stefan,
Patches should be made against HEAD. The intended meaning there was that
patches should be created using Mylar in order to ensure that all
contributors to Mylar eat their own dogfood. The phrasing wasn't clear so I
updated it:

Also note the blurb about attaching task contexts. Doing that makes it much
easier to apply and evolve a patch.
