[mylar-dev] Setup for Jira buil

Hello Mik,

there seems to be an error on the website "Mylar Contributor Reference" 
(http://www.eclipse.org/mylar/doc/devref.php) when getting the jira 
classes from tigris. You specify user: guest and leave password blank 
but correct is use user: guest and password: guest.
I tried using just the user and leaving password blank and got an error 
and was unable to connect. Using guest as the password resolved the issue.
